Most apartment communities will be happy
to accept your pet with a required pet deposit and pet agreement.
Generally, pets are allowed
that meet the following guidelines:
1) No more than 2 pets per apartment.
2) Maximum weight is generally 25 lbs.
3) Non-aggressive breeds only.
However, there are apartment communities that will make exception to

Credit Challenges

credit requirements for its prospective residents. These requirements
may vary with each
community and management company. As a general rule, apartment
communities will review your current personal credit report, current
and prior rental or ownership history, annual income and criminal
history when determining each prospective residents application. It is
imperative that your make your leasing specialist aware of any issues
you have so that we may overcome any obstacles prior to
