the properties you view. In return for our service, we ask that

apartment community you visit. It's that simple! Your rental
rate or moves in specials are not affected in any way.

I use your service will the communities increase my rent or
withdraw specials or discounts in order to cover your fees?
Absolutely Not! Just the
contrary. The apartment communities are in touch with The
Apartment People to keep us informed of the latest (sometimes
even unadvertised) specials or discounts they are currently
offering. We pass this information on to our customers. We are
aware of this information long before it can be printed or
advertised to the public.

Yes, please provide information about your pets on our
relocation form after
selecting your area. We will find an apartment or
rental that accepts your pets. A pet deposit is normally
